Search Page Layout

When you first open Telemakus, you can choose which knowledgebase to use from the left navigation bar. After selecting a knowledgebase, a search page appears.

The search page presents 3 ways to search the knowledgebase:

1. Simple search on All Fields or one of the following specified fields
      Abstract
      Authors
      Genes/Proteins
      Keywords
      Organism
      Research Findings
      Source of Organism
      Table and Figures
      Title
2. Browse one of the controlled vocabulary fields
      Authors
      Genes/Proteins
      Organism
      Research Findings
      Source of Organism
 		simple search
3. Advanced/Boolean search
      Allows you to combine terms using AND, OR and NOT operators
 		advanced search
